1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing www.joint18.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the sale of JOINT18, our foundational nutrition drink, and all related services provided by MoveWell Health Sdn. Bhd.

3. SHIPPING POLICY

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
• Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): Expect delivery within 5 days of shipping confirmation.
• International Shipping: We ship globally. Delivery times vary significantly by destination (typically 10–21 business days).
• Shipping Charges: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. JOINT18 is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for JOINT18 pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Final Sale: To maintain the safety and integrity of our foundational nutrition products, all sales are final.
• Damages: If your order arrives damaged, email joint18.my@gmail.com within 48 hours with photo evidence for a replacement review.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The name JOINT18, the "Move Without Limits" tagline, and all related branding are the exclusive property of MoveWell Health Sdn. Bhd.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MoveWell Health Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• Primary Law: These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• International Purchases: For international customers, while Malaysian law is the primary framework, we acknowledge that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
• Dispute Resolution: You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Malaysia, unless prohibited by the mandatory consumer laws of your local jurisdiction.
