Which fits the routine you want?

JOINT18 is the stronger fit if you want collagen, creatine, protein and fibre together in one daily drink. MOVT360 Advanced takes a capsule format with a different ingredient selection. The decision is about useful nutrition and routine fit, not a finding that JOINT18 produces better joint outcomes.

This comparison covers Duplex MOVT360 Advanced capsules, not the original capsules or OVO drink. Check the exact name on the pack before using any figures below.

JOINT18's own eight-week reported results

JOINT18 has observational results from people using the finished product, not only studies of individual ingredients. JOINT18 conducted its own observational outcomes study involving 59 Asian adults aged 28 to 67 over eight weeks. Outcomes were self-reported through a questionnaire based on the MSK-HQ framework. JOINT18 reports the following study figures:

Reported outcome Reported percentage
Reduced movement difficulty 94%
More energy 89%
Improved flexibility 85%
Reduced fatigue/discomfort 82%

These are self-reported observational findings, not guaranteed results, percentage reductions in symptom severity or placebo-adjusted effects. The study was not a randomised placebo-controlled trial and cannot establish that JOINT18 caused the reported changes or outperforms Advanced. We do not compare improvement percentages from different studies. Read JOINT18's published study summary; it is a brand-reported summary, not the complete study report.

For buyers who want collagen, creatine, protein and fibre together, JOINT18 offers a broader one-sachet routine alongside product-specific reported experience. That is the stronger-fit case here. It is not a claim of superior clinical proof. JOINT18's 5,150 mg collagen total is a different preparation, not an equivalent BioCell dose; its individual-ingredient studies also do not prove the combined formula.

Is MOVT360 Advanced clinically proven?

Its BioCell Collagen ingredient has clinical research; that is not the same as proving the finished Advanced formula. The 2012 BioCell trial was randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled: 80 adults with hip or knee osteoarthritis received 2,000 mg BioCell daily or placebo for 70 days. The abstract reports statistically significant differences favouring BioCell in pain and WOMAC scores. It did not test MOVT360 Advanced or compare it with JOINT18.

The NPRA-hosted Advanced label lists 275 mg BioCell per capsule, or 550 mg in its two-capsule serving. That differs from the trial amount. The trial therefore does not automatically establish the same results at this labelled serving; this is not proof that Advanced is ineffective. Do not increase your dose to copy a study. A registration record is not itself an efficacy trial.

What is in MOVT360 Advanced?

Duplex's displayed panel identifies a two-capsule serving but labels the ingredient amounts per capsule. The table converts those amounts to the displayed serving; it is not personal dosing advice.

Ingredient Per capsule Two capsules
Hydrolysed chicken sternal cartilage, BioCell Collagen 275 mg 550 mg
Turmeric root extract 150 mg 300 mg
Boswellia gum extract 100 mg 200 mg
Ginger root extract 50 mg 100 mg
Rose hip fruit extract 25 mg 50 mg

The cartilage ingredient provides hydrolysed type II collagen, chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid. Those components are within the cartilage amount, not extra quantities to add on top. The shown active-ingredient panel does not list added creatine or fibre.

What JOINT18 adds to the comparison

JOINT18 Movement Foundation supplies, per sachet, 5,150 mg combined marine and chicken collagen, 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 10.3 g total protein and 3.18 g dietary fibre. It also lists BCM-95 turmeric 500 mg, KSM-66 ashwagandha 300 mg and Boswellia serrata 150 mg.

That recorded nutritional breadth is the reason to choose JOINT18 when these ingredients belong in your routine. One sachet combines them without preparing separate products. Mix it with 300-400 ml warm or cold water. Check the full current ingredient panel, including fish-derived collagen and a small amount of soy.

It is not an all-column win. Advanced's displayed two-capsule serving has 200 mg Boswellia extract versus JOINT18's 150 mg per sachet. Extract specifications matter, so neither that difference nor JOINT18's larger collagen total establishes better results. The collagen forms are not interchangeable; read our collagen evidence guide. For turmeric, our BCM-95 explainer separates blood-exposure findings from clinical outcomes.

Compare serving cost, not box price alone

Listed purchase Serving basis Cost per serving
MOVT360 Advanced: RM238, 60 capsules 30 two-capsule servings About RM7.93
JOINT18: RM387.90, two boxes 30 sachets RM12.93

These are listed one-off prices checked 11 October 2026, before any applicable delivery or checkout adjustments. One serving is a comparison unit, not proof of a suitable individual daily dose. Confirm pack directions. JOINT18 subscriptions and bulk offers are separate choices; check current prices and terms.

On this basis, JOINT18 costs about RM5 more per serving. It makes sense when its additional recorded nutrition and drink format are useful to you, not simply because it includes more ingredients.

What about the original MOVT360?

Duplex's original MOVT360 lists its 60-capsule option at RM188. Advanced lists more cartilage ingredient and turmeric per capsule, but it is a different formula; do not assume every ingredient is higher or copy original-label amounts into the Advanced column.

Our recommendation and evidence limits

Choose JOINT18 when you want its broader combined nutrition and prefer a daily sachet. Consider Advanced when you prefer capsules and its particular ingredient selection, with a lower listed serving cost. If you already use several supplements, check overlap rather than automatically adding either one. Our Malaysian label checklist helps organise that decision.

This is buying education published by JOINT18, which sells one of the products compared. It is based on product records, not a hands-on or head-to-head efficacy test. Ingredient studies do not establish the same result for a finished formula. JOINT18's recorded outcomes study is observational and self-reported, not a randomised controlled trial. No independent medical review is claimed.
